Training Program

Every horse that arrives at G & K Training Centre is treated as an individual.  There is no "one size fits all" program because no 2 horses learn the same way.

Our goal is to provide each horse with a solid foundation built on patience, consistency and confidence. Throughout their stay your horse will receive:

- Individualized feed program designed by Gary to meet your horse's specific nutritional needs 

- Large clean box stall with fresh bedding for comfort and rest. 

- Individual turnout (weather permitting) to encourage both physical and mental well being

- Professional training 5 to 6 days per week, tailored to your horse's stage of development and individual progress.

- Owner lesson at the completion of training so you understand what your horse has learned and how to continue building on that foundation at home

Our focus isn't on rushing horses through a program. It's about developing confident, willing partners that are ready for the next step in their journey.

Training Investment:  $1750 + HST per month

Directions:  From Guelph take Highway 6 North through Arthur, Mount Forest and Durham.  Continue north past Dornoch to Grey Road 40 (David McNicholl Parkway).  There is a John Deere dealership on the south west corner.  Turn left (west) onto Grey Road 40 and follow approximately 7 km to Concession 7A.  This is a gravel road.  Turn right (north) on Concession 7A, we are the third place on the right.  Fire #156689.
